Quality and customer service is on point. One of the cartridges had a glitch and they sent out a replacement right away. Works as good as the Name brand product. Fits our printer just perfect, with lasting print quality.

The cartridges both came broken and a part (a rod) unassembled. I was in a bind trying to print for a meeting and had 2 spare cartridges to use. Both were DEFECTIVE!! I ended up having to scramble to find a replacement toner that night 🤬 Apparently there is no Quality Control at Aztech! This should never have happened and I expect a refund as this is not acceptable!**UPDATE**Within 24 hours Customer Service responded to my concerns regarding the defective toner cartridges and sent me 2 replacement cartridges and even sent an extra cartridge just because of the inconvenience I experienced. I'm very impressed with their responsiveness and customer service🤩

I have been buying original HP toner cartridges for almost 30 years. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars buying HP and Brother toner cartridges for my business. HP scares its customers into not using third party cartridges because it voids the warranty. Well, the warranty is only one year so I decided to take a chance with the Aztech 26X cartridge after the warranty expired and I was pleasantly surprised. The print quality is nearly immaculate, and I cannot really discern the difference between these cartridges and the HP OEM ones. I wish I had started purchasing these cartridges 10 years ago rather than throw money down the toilet to avaricious companies such as HP which charges hundreds of dollars for one of these cartridges. I am sold on Aztech toner cartridges and will be replenishing my supplies with them from now on.

Both arrived with ink running across their photo conductor damaging my printer. Papers would print with black streams on them. One left residue inside my printer. Both toners ended up being tossed as neither would function. As someone who's worked as a Service Desk manager and conducted varies Tiers of support I'm an informed consumer and this toner was not how they sell it to be. I threw mine away because I could not fathom them accepting responsibility. I would go authentic HP for your needs you can either save money upfront and pay in productivity with this toner or go OEM and have a safe piece of mine especially if you use this for school or work

Works as good as HP, lasts just as long at a fraction of the price!!!!

Good enough for government work, but the toner requires more time and power to be up to normal quality. I must now print everything as a Label or 10% of the toner will not stick to the 20lb copy paper. The XL toner lasts up to about 70% of the HP brand. You get exactly what you pay for.
