Samsung HW-Q700C/EN, 3.1.2 Ch, Soundbar and Wireless Subwoofer with Bluetooth

Great value for money. The sound is amazing and clear. Very powerful soundbar with great heavy basses. Set up is very easy and I did not have any problems with settings. Bluetooth work perfect. Best experience is with the Samsung TV's. Working so good with the movies and sports programs and also it is very good for gaming experience. I am palying on PS5 and the sound it is just outstanding. Although it is great for movies and gaming and also for sport fans it is not the best for music, but in my opinion it is not made in general for music. Many people might find it good enough for listening the music but if you are looking for the system which will give you the best music listening experience then this is not for you. For my as for the movie and gaming fan this product satisfied me well and I am very happy to recommend this sound bar.

The soundbar and subwoofer are very well built, feels solid. The sound quality is pretty top class. You could connect your TV ti both the soundbar and subwoofer wirelessly, but in order to get the best sound quality it is recommended to connect the soundbar with a HDMI cable (provided) to your TV HDMI eARC port, there is also a separate port for optic fibre if that is what you preferred. I personally own a Samsung 65 inch TV, so the Samsung soundbar and subwoofer connected to it without issue, and I also get to enjoy the "Q-symphony" sound effect (by mean of the sound would come out from your Samsung TV, Soundbar and subwoofer, as opposed to just soundbar and subwoofer only). The Soundbar has upwards firing speakers, so the sound would travel upwards, hit the ceiling and bound the sound back from above, so you get to hear the difference sound effect when watching a movie with something which fly over the camera i.e. a plane or helicopter about you.The soundbar and subwoofer also comes with a remote control, but you could always use your Samsung TV remote instead, apart from those specific control commands. There are also buttons on the soundbar itself for (Power on/off, volume +-, Settings), the soundbar and subwoofer turn themselves off when your TV is off, so it is very convenient. The subwoofer is automatically connected to the soundbar when power on, so you do not need to do anything, also, there is no cable connection between the subwoofer and soundbar, it is purely connected via bluetooth connection.If you have a fairly recent Samsung Smart TV (2023,2024) then you should have no problem getting it connected to enjoy the new sound system. I also run a projector (non Samsung branded) for watching movies on the living room wall occasionally, and this Samsung soundbar and subwoofer also work seamlessly, it connects everything via bluetooth with no issue. The soundbar also comes with mounting brackets should you desire to have it mounted on the wall below the TV. There are also two pin plug cable provided as well as the standard UK 3-pin plug cable. The set up instruction is very clear on the user guide printed in black and white colour.So far, I have been using the soundbar and subwoofer for just over a couple of months, and I am still very happy with it and it does make the sound a lot better than the original TV speakers. The sound fills the room nicely and the bass from the subwoofer is also very deep, you will feel the vibration if you turn the volume up when watching movie with Dolby ATOMS. I can strongly recommend this soundbar and subwoofer, you will not be disappointed once it is connected to your TV. I hope you will find this review useful.

Took delivery of this yesterday so not had long to experience. However, first impressions are very good. Sound is clear and there are various settings available. Set up was very easy in that you basically plug it in. The sub woofer automatically connects to the sound bar. I used an optical cable to connect to the TV as that is how my 21 year old excellent Yamaha cinema system was connected, but there are various ways to connect including wifi. The full manual needs to be obtained online via Samsung.com. The system is Dolby Atmos compatible so it goes without saying that you need a Dolby Atmos TV, which I don't yet have but am looking around. So, once it is connected to Dolby Atmos, I expect an even greater improvement in sound. One thing to mention is the sound bar is quite large - dimensions are listed on the advert but it needs quite a large area in front of the TV or it can be mounted on the wall (brackets are included). All in all, I am very impressed so far!

Last year I bought for my parents cheap sharp soundbar from Asda from offer worth £75 but I paid 50 for the their old Sony TV ,this soundbar made 2 times better sound .Now I bought new Samsung soundbar for my 6 years old Samsung TV and ps5 and I have to say that sound when I play shooter game new call of duty sound is amazing is like playing in headphones 7.1 but without them. Is 3 levels higher than my Samsung built in tv speaker and 2 levels higher than good budget soundbar .

Logitech Z906 5.1 channel stopped working so bought this 3.1.2 channel.The two up-firing speakers don't make up for there being no rear side speakers which you get with a 5.1, something you will need to get to used to if switching from 5.1 to 3.1.2 (not recommended). in aspects of surround sound feels like a downgrade. Logitech also had a 20% punchier subwoofer but it was always too much for my room and never turned up above 80% so bass on Samsung at 100% is sufficient.However the Samsung sound quality is slightly better and for only having forward facing speakers they do well to create an immersive enough experience.If your used to 5.1 or more then stick to that but otherwise this product is good enough for the price range.

Great sound brings your tv to lifeBuild quality speakers look good and look good quality but yes there is a BUT the quality of the remote it feels low quality plastic and feels unfinished with ruff edges and just looks cheap compared to the quality of the speakers

Not techy minded and an oap but easy to set up. Really enhanced the sound of my Panasonic viera tv. Sub woofer fantastic.

Works perfectly with my Samsung TV brings movies to life even normal TV much richer sound, why spend hundreds more for a few extras that to be honest most of use would not use or notice. This is all you need
