Great book. Tons of practical insights and methods for self improvement. The title doesn't do justice to the content.

Good book I thought it was geared more towards education (my error) but it’s just for general leadership but still informational.

The higher education book club I participate in reads books on and related to leadership, meeting monthly to discuss several chapters. This was our latest. We all really enjoyed this book and were able to recall specific work situations in which we could have put these ideas into practice. And we will, moving forward. It's also an easy read, and the author has resources for us to use. Give it a read!

Great book for team

One of the first reviews had spoken about bug issues with the Kindle version, so I was a bit hesitant to get the Kindle version. It seems that all those items have been worked out. Highlighting and Pagination work now and flow just fine.The content is just as the other reviews state. AMAZING! The attention to detail and tips that Michael give are not like any leadership consultant I’ve read or listened too before. I would highly recommend this for anyone who wants to be a better leader professionally or in their individual life. Thanks Michael!

Michael Timms is spot on when it comes to identifying what it takes to be a true leader. A great read that lays the foundation on how to hold yourself and others accountable.
