Works better than any of my other cordless
The media could not be loaded. I have 3 medium size dogs that have full access to the house so my vacuums must perform perfectly. Along with my corded Kirby, I also have four different cordless stick vacuums, a broken Dyson, a Shark, Tineco, and this LG. This is actually my second identical LG. The first one I bought last November then returned it because I thought I paid too much for it. So I bought the cordless CX Pro magic tower for half the cost. It’s another auto cleaning vacuum. What a mistake. So I ordered this LG again. Everything about it is outstanding. I can feel the top quality as I run it. How it grabs the carpet as I vacuum. The amount of dog hair it picks up is unquestionable the best and the hair is inside the bin and not around the wheels or roller. To rank all the cordless vacuums I use, the best is this LG with no question. Next is the Shark, the rest are close to even. Pro magic, the Dyson then last is the Tineco. The Dyson and Tineco are just not strong enough and need constant cleaning. They don’t have the ump to get the job done There are a lot of die hard fans of Dyson. I use to be one of them. After two Tyson stick vacuums and the corded Dyson ball animal, Ive had so many problems with Dyson and their service, I’m done with them. I like the design of the shark and how it picks up hair but I have to remove the rollers too often. The LG is pretty much maintenance free except for a good cleaning once every week or two. (For me) my wife don’t like to get her hands dirty so she always brings me the vacuums when they need emptying. Not with the LG. The auto emptying in the pro magic did not work half the time. I made three short video of me vacuuming the same floor using all three vacuums one after the other. First is the Tineco, then the Shark and lastly the LG. I couldn’t believe how much more hair and dirt the LG picked up after the other two. Watch and see. I made the videos short so you don’t have to spend to much time watching me clean one room. These are actual videos, I am not being endorsed by LG (although I wish I was.) hint, hint. Well, I am unable to upload more than one video so I’ll just show the last one. The LG with how much stuff it picked up after the other two. The extra battery is a plus. I just change them back and forth even though it has never went low. The built in attachment holder is very nice and hides the attachments so well, I didn’t know it was there for the first two days. It also has WiFi so it can tell you if something is wrong. If you can afford an expensive vacuum, this is for you.

LG make some fine products; this is not one of them.
LG make some fine products; this is not one of them. The user manual is terrible. To me the instructions are out of order. The line drawings are not clear. And in general it’s just bad. I thought the worst user manuals were in the software domain but this, relative to the complexity of the product, beats even the bad SW manuals. The stand requires too much space because of space required for doors on either side to swing out. There is very little actual vacuum even in turbo mode; it relies on the brushes to pick stuff up but then it cannot pull the stuff into the dust canister. Very light stuff (I think it’s carpet fibers mixed with dust does not pass into the dust canister and then backs up in the pipe between the floor brush part and the motor/vacuum part. The stuff in the pipe is easily blow out with a slight puff (which partially shows how poor the suction of the product is) but the stuff stuck in the motor unit that can’t get into the dust canister is nearly impossible to remove and it has to be done after about three minutes of use. This is a totally impractical product. I don’t know how LG let it go to market nor how it remains on the market (it probably won’t after all the suckers like me get burned).I have a vacuum cleaner I bought for $35 on sale at Walmart to use in a small condominium in Colorado that works far better that this. Moving the power cord of the $35 product, or my Panasonic and Hoover units I use at home, from outlet to outlet is a lot easier and done less frequently than fooling with the nearly impossible jams of this cordless unit. This came in so many parts and with such a poor user manual that I let it sit for a long time before attempting to assemble and use it. The Amazon return date has passed so I might take it to a thrift store for a slight tax deduction but I really hate to think about someone else wasting even far less money than I have on this product. Although, for me, this is not a significant financial hit, I am still angry that I have wasted nearly $1K on this thing (I guess I should be angry mostly at myself for letting the return date pass but the poor user manual contributed to this).I strongly recommend you stay away from this product.

Didn’t come with lights to show dirt on ground:/
After having it for almost 7 months. I honestly love it. I came back to leave a review and I did notice on the listing. That it shows it comes with a vacuum head that lights up to show the dirt on the ground. Ummm I did not get that?? So am I missing it??? I got a head with no lights on it. So that kinda sucks. It would’ve been nice to get that. So about the vacuum. It does picks up all of my corgis hair! So that’s a plus!! The battery last for about 20 minutes! I got 2 of them so it last for my whole house to get vacuumed(about 40 mins) . I also use it to clean my car, it’s not just for houses! The noise isn’t really annoying. Not really loud. I would definitely recommend! Just bummed that mine didn’t come with lights to show the dirt on the ground

WOW!! Either this is the worst & Most expensive vacuum on the market or i have the worst luck! This is the 4th one, first one was great, after a year I gave it to my sister in law, bought another one, after a couple of weeks the auto empty stopped working, a fully charged battery lasted about 10 minutes (maybe) returned it, got another one..same thing, returned it, got another one! Same thing..ect. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!
