I received this product and it was broken. All I wanted was a replacement but I was told that it can't be done because it's not eligible for refund. Well... I don't want a refund, I want a replacement that isn't broken! So... I wish I could break things down,For Amazon and their customer Service - 0- 1 starsFor the product itself- I will say 4 stars. The flavor is not very strong so depending on what you are making you have to be careful that in order to get the flavor you want it won't be too much liquid.The small business that sells the product within Amazon I give a perfect 10! They were very adamant about doing whatever they could to make things right when they realized I received a bad/damaged product under their name even though it didn't come straight from them. I wish more places had this type of Customer Service!
