Nice stylish product
My product stopped working after couple of months and after a thorough follow up with them .. they tried to repair that one but that product didn’t work again finally they replaced it without any hassle and shipped a new one.Although I got a little frustrated bt in the end the customer support did respond well . It’s a good buy

SCAM - BEWARE
DO NOT BUY...worst ever product...only look and feel was ok, but the body started MELTING...No customer support either from seller or Amazon...Waste... Crap...

Large Tank Capacity and Good After-sale Service
I bought it mainly for its large tank capacity. Easy to clean components with separate essential oil compartment. It produces enough mist even at minimum setting. Even though I used only tap water and cleaned properly, it suddenly stopped working in 2 months of usage. I contacted the customer care, they directed me to send the product back at my own cost. Once they received and checked the product that its not working, they send replacement product in no time. As mentioned by few reviewers, These product really have some serious manufacturing issues. But with Good Customer service, one can invest in this product as they comes with greater value.

Overall good
It's a good piece of machine.Pros: works as told and basic tool for summers and dry weathers.Cons: the vapour falls immediately near the machine itself, does not mix with room air.(requires a fan to be kept near to it) high quality water only to be used, salt water creates deposits inside the tank and machine.

Great service.great humidifier
My product stopped working after couple of months,but they replaced it without any hassle and shipped mw a new one.the product itself is also outstanding..the mist it gives humidifier the while room properly

Doesn't work. Customer care doesn't care
DONOT BUY THIS. WASTE OF MONEY. DOESN'T WORK. COMPANY DOESNT CARE ABOUT WARRENTY. Starting it worked fine. Then in four months it suddenly stopped working. It's still in warranty but the customer care number given is not valid and no response to emails. Amazon customer care also of no use. Don't buy this rediculously expensive humidifier.
