Problem
The media could not be loaded. I have problem with hose pressure washer ,on the first job the hose broke

These machines aren't the best, shouldn't be badged as jcb ,as I'm sure they aren't.
Firstly it started ,then the pull locked up ,spoke to technical support, hose poured water out of the ferrule connector, asked about altering the pressure as I couldn't move the adjustable bit ,told that it's preset and to take a few steps back 🤣🤣🤣,sent back for repair, they claimed nothing wrong ,charged me £176 for the pleasure,tried to start it and the pull was locked up ,after 40 minutes on telephone toing and froing, and 9 weeks of never getting to use it ,I got a refund,.

Review of my info gathering
I like the look of it but one can't get a parts list , there is no email available and it's JCB tools not JCB. It states its a JCB engine but I don't think JCB has an engine that small. It seems any form of written questioning is impossible, eg email etc.I have contacted JCB (NOT JCB TOOLS). They said that they licence JCB TOOLS . but they couldn't give me any more information. All seems totally unprofessional to me.
