I bought this laptop because I needed a quality computer to do schoolwork and I needed the battery to last a whole afternoon without constant recharging. I got exactly what I wanted and I am very pleased. The laptop is very light, fits perfectly in my book bag, and the charger doesn't take up too much space. It handles most software applications reasonably well and does what an i7 is supposed to do. Most of the time, I can do my daily work on one charge. I highly recommend this laptop for any casual to mid-level PC user who needs it for work or school.

I don't play online games so i can't comment on that. I just use a laptop to pay bills, surf and edit docs. The laptop arrived in perfect cosmetic condition. The keyboard is nice and backlit. The touchscreen is responsive. the speakers are fine. It is quick and snappy, probably due to the 32G RAM. The size is thin and compact. The only downside is it didn't come with the original charger. It came with a charger and adapter. I wasn't bothered by it. They state that in description that it may come with aftermarket accessories.

The media could not be loaded. La pantalla táctil presenta problemas , aparecen dos puntos de activación al lado derecho y el conector de carga no funciona. después de un mes el teclado no responde y el trackpad tampoco funciona. Mala compra. Dinero tirado a la basura.

Haven't had time to put it through its paces, but includes everything it says it does, performance looks good, outside appearance perfect.Hopefully stays at 5 stars.

This renewed laptop looks and touches like a brand new machine. The condition is so surprisingly good. Definitely worth the money.

Computer froze while I used photo shop and light room. But still a great computer for the price

I know that I bought a renewed product, but this laptop should not have been put up for sale. The model and series is a good computer on its own merit. But this particular renewed computer was ruined and should not be for sale. Firstly, the keypad back light only works on the escape button. Secondly, the charging port has been slack from the time I received it, but I decided to see how that would go. As of yesterday, less than 5 weeks of having it, it has stopped charging.I will be returning. No value for money.

Looks like brand new. Really Like it.
