Yup, it's noisy. Bought this as a requirement for microbio class and my fan was the loudest in my section. However, I like it. I like that it has 2 speeds and it fits well in my backpack. It's really cute and works just fine. The noise doesn't bother me but I can understand how it can bother some people. There are definitely quieter ones on the market. Would I buy again? NO. Super cute though.

This little fan is awesome. It's lightweight and portable. The fan is strong enough to cool me down in the extreme heat of where I live. I basically carry this around with me all summer and to all of my kids' various sports games. The only slight issue is that the button is not depressed in so you can accidentally turn the fan on if you knock it around in a bag, but that's only happened a few times and I can live with that given how small and powerful this thing is. The issue I have is that I loved it so much I ordered a second one and the battery life on the second one is nowhere near my first one. The charge on the second one doesn't really last at all whereas one charge of my first one lasts a long time. I'm not sure if I received a defective one or what. (My second one was a yellow one in case maybe it was a color batch issue.). Either way, I love the first one so much I'm only knocking one star off because of the second one.

These fans are nice. No big, you can wear them around your neck or just hold them in your hand. The size of a small cell phone

Definitely a 10/10 fan. High impact when it comes to air especially for the size. I can take it everywhere and it’s not super noticeable when I use it like the one I have with a handle. It has like 3 speeds which held when maybe I’m in public and don’t want it to be too loud. It’s not that loud on the highest speed though. Lasts a good amount of time without charge. Definitely my favorite.

I purchased this item as a part of a bundle of gifts for an Easter basket...an extra one for me. Wow! This fan recharges ( no battery to replace) and has two speeds. All I can say is, WOW, it works! Great for a bag or purse to beat the heat when standing in line, etc.
