Cool look and works surprisingly well
I was skeptical that plastic would look good and do the job, but this towel rack certainly did. I really like it. It's a very different and eye-catching style. I'm quite happy.

Leave it to Hans to re make a towel bar into stylish work of art!!!I love the look, and looks great on back of white door....very smooth looking and does not look like traditional towel bar we get sick of seeing!worth the few dollars extra if appearance matters to you....for my taste, 5 stars....

Nope.
I was SO excited to add this towel rack to my bath room as the look of it works w/ my modern, minimalist decor. BUT, it's made of plastic. Ugh, why?! That just kills it for me. All my bathroom fixtures are high end, and I thought this being hansgrohe it would follow suit, but no. I won't be using this and shame on the brand for not specifying that this is plastic, not metal. I never would've ordered this had I known.

Plastic towel bar
This Hansgrohe towel bar looks pretty nice but it didn't say that it was plastic anywhere in the description so that was a bit of a suprise when I got it. I'm not going to use it in my bathroom since it's plastic so I'll probably end up mounting it in my garage. The towel bar mounts on a metal bar and it's really thick and sturdy. It has a matte finish that easily shows fingerprints. Great looking towel bar but I wish it wasn't plastic.

Well made and durable
Exactly what I wanted for my newly renovated bathroom. It’s sleek and modern looking and very attractive once hung on the wall. I really like that it doesn’t have alot of weight to it and is easy to hang up.

Cool modern towel bar
This towel bar from Hansgrohe is very cool and modern feeling. Basically a long oval. Pretty easy to install, you attach a bracket to your wall and then the towel bar attaches to the bracket. As others mentioned while it's nice looking it is plastic, so I worry that over time it may yellow like other white plastics. Also this would not be a bar for holding onto while you put on your shoes or if you're falling as the plastic is a bit flexible under pressure. Still I do like the modern feel to it and will get some other pieces.

Seems fine, but it being plastic...I dunno
The media could not be loaded. It looks nice and all and it seems sturdy, but I am concerned with it being plastic.Now it may be very sturdy and it will not crack or break in any way, but it being plastic is scary. Now with that said I will say that it can handle quite a bit (within reason). I did crash test it for basic things and what not. It seems sturdy to me. There is also their extras you can get that makes it interesting concept.I recommend, but if you are holding onto your towel rack (which I would never recommend) then this may be too weak for you.
