I recently purchased an "organic" fiber powder, and it came with a cancer warning label, so I switched to this stuff. No warning label! It's great! The health benefits really weigh out the only con of the taste. American diets tend to lack fiber, and this is a perfect way to get it in. The first day I started taking it, I noticed more movement which of course is the goal of this product. It's really effective if you take around 3 teaspoons a day. The value for the money is one I can't complain about. Not to mention this is a one ingredient product so no extra added nonsense. The only con I have with this is the taste. But I usually mix it in a bottle of water with my electrolytes and down it, so the taste isn't too bad. On its own though, it's not very palatable. It doesn't dissolve but it doesn't clump together either. This hasn't caused bloating for me, of course everyone is different. But it 100% does the job that it's supposed to do. I will definitely be purchasing again!

I cannot stand the flavored fiber, especially the one with artificial sweetener that my family uses. It makes me nauseous. I was very happy to find this one with no flavoring or sugar. It doesn't taste amazing...more like a grain flavor, but it is preferable to me. It would probably taste best mixed in some food, but I drink it in water without issue. It seems as effective, if not more so than the other brands.

This is a superior psyllium husk powder. As its name and ingredient list indicates, its just psyllium husk powder. Other products named psyllium husk powder list psyllium husk and seeds in their ingredients. Psyllium husk seeds add nothing but bulk to the product (and not the bulk you are looking for).As with any psyllium husk powder, this does not dissolve in water. However, with sufficient agitation it will suspend in water as it gelifies. I use a milk frothing attachment for my immersion blender for 60 seconds to mix the powder in water. What results is a smooth mix with no sediment, easy to drink.A psyllium husk drink is not tasty. It's like drinking pencil shavings tea. The taste does not linger though. It might be more palatable if additional flavoring were added to the drink, but I don't find the flavor too objectionable. It is a great product and I highly recommend it!

This stuff is great! I don’t get nearly enough naturally occurring fiber in my diet, so I add this into my eggs every morning. Makes the color of my eggs a bit weird, but the flavor and texture are still the same. I’ve seen the effects that I wanted from consuming a proper amount of fiber. Definitely recommend!

I’ve bought this so many times before and loved it however the batch I most recently received in April 2025 doesn’t seem to be psyllium husk powder? I feel like the wrong powder ended up in the psyllium husk packaging. With this most recent batch, when I mix this into a small amount of water and mix, the gel like consistency never forms it stays watery. I haven’t changed anything else about my process from previous purchases.

This is a great, high quality fiber supplement. Nothing but what you need in here! Great for your gut health and keeping you regular. Very effective and easy to take.

I purchased this powder because my vet said my constipated cat needed more fiber in her diet. The vet had suggested MetaMucil, but I found that they were too many additives in that and wanted some thing a bit more natural, like this! This powder has no additives and is 100% psyllium husk, which is exactly what I wanted and I am grateful!However, the taste is not so great and my cats won’t eat it and while I know this isn’t a product made for pets, I just wanted to leave a review in case any other pet parents are considering this is an additive to their cats diet. It’s truly wild how many human products have been suggested for my cats ongoing constipation issues! I have been adding a quarter teaspoon to my cats wet food. The mixability is not great and it does not completely dissolve in any water and makes a tacky gummy paste when mixed. It smells very earthy and eats very gummy. Back to the drawing board for me.I will personally use this though! We humans have a bit more tolerance for poor tasting things when it comes to our health. The issue with mixability still stands though, it’s very thick!
