Hi, can anyone tell me if the control on the left is a simple on/off switch or a flow control? i.e. Can you increase/decrease the flow?

It is a valve so you can control the flow. it also has an easy to use locking button to restrict the wide open position as a safety feature.

Is the hose smooth and grey or twisted chrome in appearance?

It looks like a ribbed anti twist chrome one but it has a smooth outer coating for easy cleaning

Can you swivel the shower head?

Sorry, we haven’t fitted ours yet, but I’ve never known a shower head that doesn’t particularly of this quality and brand Jenny
