There is so much to like about this supplement...great value for the money ( a 5 month supply) 400 mg in one capsules so 1 will do instead of the 200mg caps it is usually sold in..added bioperin to enhance the ability of your body to use it ..contains all the nutrients of more cruciferous veggies..cabbage, broccoli etc. Than you could eat at one time..very good choice to enhance your health..I feel good about taking it as I had breast cancer seemingly enhanced by estrogen and was actually encouraged to eat more of these kinds of veggies..yeah for Holistic Health products

I have been taking DIM for a while now and I find it very useful to support my prostate health. It basically blocks the estrogen in males and increases the free testosterone. I quote:'In a 12-month study, 21 men with high-grade PIN were given either a placebo or 900 mg of DIM per day. Those given DIM experienced significant improvements in prostate health, as well as PIN'This product is very competitively priced and high quality and I definitely recommend it.

I wanted to try this for the purpose of increasing free testosterone. My urine ended up turning a weird reddish color after taking it, which I read might be a good sign that it's detoxing the body of excess estrogen metabolites. Unfortunately, it also gave me a bad headache. I thought it might be interfering with my antidepressant medicine, so I stopped taking it. I may try taking a capsule every other day to see if it helps with that.

Another great product from Purely Holistic. This helps with hormone balance and supplies the benefits I would get from eating all the good green veggies that I never take the time to cook. Love this company and their affordable line of supplements. I've been using their magnesium for years and very pleased with them. I chose this product because I want to get more of what's good about cruciferous vegetables, the extra absorption provided by the generous amount of piperine, and the cost per day is very affordable.I have been taking DIM about two weeks. I can't claim any specific improvements in that short time, but the science research is quite positive: DIM provides big benefits. I'm happy to have it!
