A quality easy to use versatile Brace
This Brace is really well made for the money and it is easy to put on. First things first, use the fitment chart, it works. I am 5'6, 176 lbs. male. My measurement per chart instructions was 16 1/2 inches. I ordered the medium as instructed and it fits perfectly. Next decide where you need the most support, Do you need inner knee or outer knee support, for instance a medial meniscus tear which I have is on the inner side of the knee, as opposed to a lateral injury on the outside of the knee, or maybe you just need center support. The side with the support bars with visible stitch netting goes outside the knee. Now orient the brace so that the shorter two straps are on the side you need the most support. Put the brace over your knee centered on kneecap hole. Run the two short straps around the back of the knee and attach on the other side with Velcro ends so they attach in this shape <. Now bring the larger straps around the back and attach in the same > shape on the injury side. In this manner the larger wider straps provide support to the injured side. You can strap an elephant to the ceiling with the Velcro straps. They are easy to grasp and remove by grabbing the Velcro tabs and pulling up, don't grab at the main strap because that is not the Velcro section and it wont release.

Better than pull on knee braces!
I needed a brace for a really painful and sore knee after visiting Universal Studios Hollywood for 2 days in a row. 18,000 steps per day and over 15 miles walked in 2 days! I’m overweight and my hips, knees and feet were very angry! This brace helped tremendously and fit perfectly according to the listings measurement guide. I got a size large, I’m 5’ 3” and 180. I needed a brace that I could manage the tightness or looseness as needed. This was key. Those slip on ones were either too loose, too tight or too thick, and they rolled down at the top of my thigh which was annoying. This brace made my knee feel stable and the pain was almost gone in 2 days! I wore it mostly during waking hours. Definitely recommend it.

Well...yes and no
Purchased the black and pink one in Xl. Overall I loved it. I crisscross the two smaller straps along the back. The knee cushion is completely amazing. My biggest complaint is, I haven't even worn it every day. Maybe twice a week and the part of the brace that the velcro adheres to, is done. There is no "other" velcro part so it just velcro to the actual fabric of the brace. I got extra time by velcroing it in different places but it's done now. Purchased it mid-July and it no longer sticks as of end of February. Now I would buy another because it's way better than any box store one I've found but it's not an every day brace. It would have torn up way sooner. It does not have any "braces" along the sides of the knee either, if you like those. They don't work well for me based on my jobs but this one offers so much support and the knee pad is phenomenal.

A bit of false advertising but good quality, good for the price and does what's intended
I bought this to replace a meuller knee brace I bought at a sporting goods store that wasn't working for me anymore. I'm only 25 but I've had knee pain and buckling since I got hit by a car in the crosswalk last year after they ran a red and weren't paying attention. I was really worried about wasting my money because I'm kind of having to be frugal right now, so I did do some digging into the claims around this brace before I bought it. I can tell you that the doctor holding the brace in the picture has nothing to do with this product, and the bit about it being 'worn by professional athletes around the world' is false. It was hard because there is literally no trace of this knee brace or the brand that makes it anywhere else online except for this Amazon page. But I can tell you it was designed in Isreal in September of last year and the designer filed for a patent on it in April of this year which is still pending. So it is not designed in America and made in Germany like it says here either. The box says made in China also. But false advertising gimmicks aside, I bought it anyway based on the good reviews. I'm 5'7" and around 155lbs and bought a medium. My measurements are 14" to 16" and it fit perfect. It is a very good quality brace, it seems sturdy and does what it's supposed to do which is make my knee feel more stable and help with the pain. It is a little shorter than the meuller brace, about 2" difference, but it is a better brace than that one. It does leave red marks on the skin, especially where the knee hole is, and made my skin itchy after wearing it for a while. I put on a copper fit sleeve under it which fixed the itching and after wearing it for a while I'll see if it helps the marks too. It is a bit bulky so don't expect it to be invisible under pants like the woman wearing skinny jeans in the product video. But over all, despite some false claims to hype the product, it is good quality and good for the price (it was $19.99 with a $2 coupon making it $17.99 when I bought it, I see it is now $24.99) and it does its job very well. I do recommend. I have noticed after wearing it for a few days I'm having to pull the straps a little tighter than before, maybe my knee was swollen and I didn't realize and this fixed it or maybe it's stretching, I don't know. If it is stretching I will probably update that later. But right now I can tell you it's a good brace and worth it.
