I mistaking ordered the wrong colour but Simon in Furniture Clinic agrees to replace with the correct colour. He stayed in regular contact to make sure I received my replacement.As for the product. This is a great product!I have this 15 year old foot stool which has over time been destroyed by my beloved cat.This product done wonders to rejuvenate the leather and fill bigger holes and scratches.The only reason I gave it four stars is that there wasn't enough filler. Also, the paint supplied was barely enough to cover the whole of the foot stool (I used 4 coats as the leather was in a bad way as you can tell from the pictures attached).A bit more product and I would have bumped my review to five stars.Albeit, great stuff!

When I was young and naive, I bought a white leather sofa. No cats, no kids - no problem.Fast forward 14 years, and an assortment of clumsy accidents, friends’ children and four rescue cats had left my sofa scratched to hell. Recently some of the deeper scratches had turned into rips, and I was in desperate need of something to rescue the leather.This kit was an absolute miracle! With it I glued material to cover the gaps, filled in the space and painted over the filler to match my now slightly off-white sofa. It was so easy to do, even for someone as ham-fisted as myself! There was plenty of glue, filler and paint for the job, so much so in fact that I’ve been able to paint over all of the scratches on the sofa. They’re really only noticeable if you’re close up and frankly, compared to how bad my sofa was before, it practically looks like new!I also have to praise the company itself - my original package was misdelivered. I informed the company so they could open a complaint with Royal Mail, but they sent out a replacement package immediately which thankfully reached me with no problems. I can’t say enough good things about them.I wish I had remembered to take before and after pictures of the sofa, but I’m afraid you’ll have to take my word for how amazing this product is!

Loved this product, found it easy to use and it fixed up my problems making my settee look fresh again. A cat had scratched all the arms of my white leather arms on my settee.So pleased with result.

Absolute useless product.Instructions are not clear. Poor quality glue. It made the repair worst!Highly DO NOT recommend it.
