Arrived today No problem, unfortunately there is no hole from bowl to mouthpiece so it cannot be smoked, steer clear folks.

Solid brass, very sturdy, should last years

This isn't an ordinary pipe as it has removable pieces and compartments. As such, it should be delivered with instructions or a diagram which helps the buyer understand how to use the product. It isn't, so the seller is showing complete disregard for the customer's satisfaction and should be avoided in the future. I made my purchase more than a month ago and, this morning, I finally figured out how to use it. It isn't easy to see that the narrow metal piece with the rubber tip is actually the stem of the pipe and the larger round tube, which looks like the stem of the pipe, is actually the storage compartment. I hope this helps anybody else out there who found this like trying to solve a Rubik's Cube simply because the seller is too lazy to include instructions with their product.

Not air tight poker falls out not usable

This works absolutely fine for the basic intended purpose, so it isn’t useless. However it seems to have been manufactured by someone who has seen an original proto pipe, but has not knowledge of how it actually works.You have to disassemble the mouthpiece in order to open the stash container, the poker is only held in place by a small piece of silicone and I can’t remember if it is advertised as being made of brass, but it seems to be made of electroplated copper.None of this is really an issue if you just want to smoke from it, but there are better copies of the proto pipe for the same money, learn from my mistake and have a proper look around for a better one.Alternatively splash out and get a real one that will last multiple lifetimes.

Pipe came without an end cap on the storage compartment.
