I've been using this for a while now, and it's been a game-changer for my workouts. The lumbar support is excellent, providing the stability I need during heavy lifts like deadlifts and squats. This worked exceptionally well whilst moving heavy equipment in my workshop, the buckle allows decent tightness to be applied, I tried others that just had Velcro. My lower back felt fully supported and I suffered no injuries, gets my vote. I paid 3 times the price for a well known brand with plastic ribs, it’s just overpriced hype.

This is perfect for a home lifter the velcros not going to degrade any time soon like a couple Ive had before you can get it super tight free pair of wrist wraps as well there thick and comfy so you don't have to spend extra I feel a bit grim for my old wrist wraps because they've served me well I think these will too make sure you follow the size guide remember you're going to loose a bit of belly fat as you get fitter but for the price I see no problems buying another size in the future

Can't actually believe how good of a deal this was. I was looking at belts two or three times the price and this was just so cheap that I had to give it a shot. Didn't even notice the free wrist wraps until checkout. I was expecting them to be naff but they weren't costing anything so no downside. Turns out they're better than the ones I already have which were twice the price of the belt!

Very good belt for fraction of a price

Purchased it as i need a belt to lift now.Didnt want to spend a lot and got this one and the quality is like i spent a LOT!The fit is quite good, i like then way you can make it as tight as you want and as loose as you want, whatever way you want it. Easy to undo easy to put on. Very comfortable.Bonus is the free lifting straps. Id 100% recommend.

It's my first time with a lifting belt but iv been getting into the gym and am squatting and dead lifting so wanted to try this. I am about a mens 30 inch waist and got a Small.It fits well. The quality is very good, especially the metal roller clasp bit. The materials are durable and the velco is strong. Expect this to last.I did however find it really quite soft. This might be my own inexperience here but I did not find it particularly supportive because there is quite a lot of flex in the vertical axis (I.e along your spine). I can tighten it further but all thar does is make it really uncomfortable on my stomach and the flex is still there. I'm wondering if one of the old stool leather style ones might offer more support but I don't feel I really get it from this which is entirely what it's for

Bought small but too big good quality and very sturdy more suited to a size 12-14 I’m 8-10 so didn’t sit right unfortunately
