Game changer, no more burned bottoms
This works great. I had trouble with the bottom of my sourdough burning, now with this silicone matt I have a done top and properly browned bottom that is not burned. I high recommend this product.

Perfect Sourdough with your Safety in Mind
I've waited awhile since my purchase to write a review simply because I wanted to see how the product held up to extreme heat. It's perfect. I use it as an easy way to remove my sourdough bread after baking. For those who make sourdough, you'll know that the pot you bake it in must be preheated for about an hour at 500 degrees (maybe a tad less, but that's what I do). Then, you add your dough, sitting on this handy item and it bakes for about 40-45 minutes.My bread turns out perfectly with a nice crust on the bottom, but never burned. The real point in using it is to easily grab the side pieces and lift it out without burning yourself. I clean it just with a damp paper towel. I've been using it for months and it's still as it was when I first purchased it.

These are nice quality! I used parchment paper with breads before, and these are much easier to work with, and re-usable. Nice and slick, very easy to clean!
