Nice quality and the most convenient!!!
First off, let me start by saying this is an amazing kit and a must-have convenient cleaning helper. This is an interesting product because it's somewhere between a normal vacuum cleaner and a mop. This Tosima H1 comes in a nice branded cardboard box, including the vacuum cleaner body, detachable handle, charging/docking station, power cord, x2 brush heads, x2 HEPA filter, cleaning brush, and Instruction manual for care and use.Assembly is super easy. Attach the handle (snap into place), plug into the dock with the charging cable on the back, and charge. It does have a partial charge, but I believe it's e.always better to fully charge it before first usCleaning hard floors around the house is always a two-step process—first vacuum up the debris, then mop it away. However, not only does the H1 clean floors extremely well, but it also cuts cleaning time by more than half and is much less labor intensive too! A win-win situation! The vacuum unit itself is very well made, of high quality, and beautifully designed. It's also light and easy to move around. When I turned it on for the first time and tilted the handle back, the vacuum automatically pulled forward, making it easier to use and maneuver. It is also very easy to hold, and it is more comfortable to use a relatively quiet vacuum cleaner. The vacuum lays down a thin layer of water and then easily sucks up the excess, leaving the floor streak-free and the floor will be completely dry in no time.I only have to empty and top up the tank once for the whole cleaning process, which I think is great! This is the biggest water tank I have ever seen! I don't even need to replace the tank when I'm cleaning about 750 sq. ft. Wow. Of course, if there are a lot of stains on the floor and the vacuum is on max mode all the time, then the tank may need to be replaced a time or two. I think this is normal and shouldn't be used to judge a machine as good or bad as it has more to do with the intensity of the actual cleaning.Once I have cleaned our hard floors, the vacuum was super easy to clean. Empty and remove any debris from the dirty tank using the brush provided, then use a few tricks. Fill the clean water tank again with warm water, the vacuum will use it to clean itself! You put it on the dock, and it runs diagnostics to see if it needs to be cleaned. For me, it didn't need to be done the first time, but the second time it runs the whole thing while keeping you updated. The self-cleaning function is a real game changer. With the push of a button, the H1 cleans itself, eliminating the hassle of manual cleaning after each use. This is a small but impactful feature that saves me time and keeps the vacuum in good shape for consistent performance. I don't think dealing with a dirty tank is a chore compared to having to clean your mop and rag again and again. Finally, talking about price, I got it for a reasonable price. I have considered the Tineco S5 Pro ($599) or Bissell CrossWave X7 ($499), but they are too expensive for me. I'm so glad I found this Tosima H1, it's no different from other name brands in terms of specs. In particular, I noticed that it uses a Brushless DC motor, which is the core component of the vacuum cleaner and only used by high-end brands because the cost is also very expensive. It made me decide. Based on its sound performance, I'm sure it does use this motor. This is one of the best purchases I’ve made in a long while.

*now broken*. Comparable to Tineco
The media could not be loaded. 3/18/24 REVISED REVIEWUnfortunately, I had to revise my review from 5 stars to 1 star a week later. The vacuum kept showing an error message and would not run anymore. This happened only after a few cycles. It seems like the mop was no longer cleaning the floors as it should be. Great product if it lasted! I will be returning it and purchasing a Tineco mop instead. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend.3/12/24This vacuum/mop definitely compares to my Tineco. It's slightly heavier but performed to my standard! The water container holds enough water to mop my whole house without refilling (upstairs and downstairs). Super easy to use and cleans me laminate/vinly floor squeaky clean. As you can see in the pictures how dirty the water was and much trash it collected. Definitely recommend base on cost and performance.

Basically an iFloor!
Ok so this is now my second review ever! I bought the Tinenco iFloor One S 7 Pro or whatever. I loved it, we had a 3 in the past but I liked the newer version, and it was prime day so I didn’t have to pay the full $799 for it. So I got the iFloor, started using it around the house and it is amazing. Well, we got some new puppies and sometimes they miss the pad, or go on the tile in the middle of the night. So instead of using the iFloor, I wanted to get a second one just for puppy messes. So I scrolled through Amazon looking at different iFloor like mop/vacs. I found this one and it was $100 off! So I read the reviews and a lot were good, but there was also some pretty bad ones (user error mostly). So I took a shot and ordered it. Let me just say that it is almost identical in looks and features to the older iFloor one s 3’s and 5’s. It even has the same voice! But!!! This one is amazing! The only feature it doesn’t have, is the screen. But I mean for the price you don’t need the screen! At all! I love this thing! Any kind of animal/pet mess this thing cleans it up no problem. I will say though, it doesn’t really like pet hair! And you have to do maintenance on it with every use!!! Can’t stress that enough! For the pet hair, you will just have to stop and clear the blockage more often if you are sucking up pet hair. Sometimes she will tell you to empty the water tank, and you will, but when you put it back on and start it again she will tell you to empty the water tank again. All you have to do is run the two contact points on the lid of the dirty water tank under water and clean them off, and it will start again. It just takes some finessing but its well worth it! The self clean feature is nice and I would recommend using it, just be sure to empty the dirty tank after she’s done self cleaning, especially if you are using it for pet messes! Another thing to note is on the cover for the roller, there is a nipple more or less that connects the the body of the roller assembly. That’s how the clean water is sprayed onto the roller. You will from time to time need to disassemble that and take the plastic strip off, I think it is three or four screws. Clean that out with soap and water to make sure the jet holes stay clear of debris’s. This will ensure continuous spraying of the roller. I learned this the hard way and it took me a while to get the blockage free. You will be able to tell because the floor won’t be wet after your pass. This is a great mop/vac, especially for the value. However, you will need to take care of it and do maintenance on it. I think a lot of the negative reviews are from users that are not doing the proper maintenance on it. And this isn’t anything you are told to do, you just have to learn as you go! Trial and error. Lastly the battery life is ok, not as long as my iFloor, but in my case I’m not cleaning the whole house with it, I bought it for a specific purpose, so I’m able to clean up a quick mess with it and that’s that. Overall I think if you really want an iFloor, but don’t wanna spend $500-$700, this is you best bet! I use it everyday and it works great! You can run different cleaning concoctions in it just fine. Please clean it and do the few things I lined out and it will work flawlessly.

Don't buy it.
Really liked this vac/mop at first. But if you don't use it for a few weeks, it stops working. Shows an error code and won't run. There is a fix of sorts I got from a friend with one. Take apart, clean everything, oil the mop roller spindle and roll it until it moves freely. Then run the machine daily til the battery runs out. It will run for about 20 minutes, not 35-40 minutes. It does clean well but leaves small puddles of dirty water. Zero customer service from company - no response at all.
