Gemini MDJ-500 CD MP3 Player with USB Slot and LCD Display

Unit:Lovely and light for transport.Cons:They came with no usb cables nor did they come with the V-dj serial code they are supposed to (even the V-dj site confirms 500/600's come with the code) but now I have to pay for seperate cables and licences that should have been with them.As far as use goes they seem to be extremely tempremental. They suddenly don't recognize the usb stick half way through a mix. They create track skips when your adjusting the pitch. The vinyl mode quite often can't fine navigate large chunks of audio for Cue placement. Sometimes the player will just stop part way through a track.Pros:On the plus side the loop works well and the sensetivity for music manipulation are on point.Overall:All in all I suppose they are alright for the price but in the end I will still be saving to replace them with a more reliable model.

Price very good for for this kind of equipment I got this for backup has the price was good, downside I noticed using this to beat match I recommend using the pitch bend buttons to keep in time, jog wheel is a bit sensitive compared too the likes of pioneer and denon, but this could be down to what type of DJing your into, display screen excellent and reads folders and mp3s in quick time decent kit for the price
