This is the second one of these migraine hats I purchased. This one is even better than the previous one. It is a little less tight. It also has a hole at the top. I could never get my hair to fit through the hole, but since it’s looser, I don’t have an issue with it. It is able to keep even after it’s been on for a while. I also like that, there is a soft lining on the inside. I keep it inside a small make up fridge in my room, so it is at a comfortable temperature when I need it. It has a nose cutout does it quite line up on my face giving it off centered appearance. I find it wonderful value for your money, especially to migraine suffers. It is a lighter white than my previous one, but performs much better overall. I strongly recommend this.

I loved mine so much I immediately order one for a friend. The fit is just the right pressure and helped me so much, using it several times a day.

As a headache aficionado (an unwilling one!), my usual night includes one or more homemade cloth, cold bags of rice or beans placed over the forehead. It’s very cold when you first put it on, maybe too cold, but a few minutes in it settles down into pure comfort. The snugness and weight of the Ice Hat is reminiscent of being swaddled as a baby. Works wonderfully! Just wish the head would last longer. I put it inside out and head for 30 seconds at a time. Drip some peppermint on in a little Vaseline and rub it on my forehead and temples. Place the cap on after I heated it and it feels AMAZING!

If you're looking at this, you get migraines like I do. Tl;dr just buy this.So I started looking at this type of ice head wrap situation when I was getting that pre-migraine headache that can last anywhere from a day to a week. I figured I would buy this one because it was on the lower end of prices, so if it didn't work I wouldn't be out too much money.You GUYS.It came and I threw it in the freezer and waited with dread for the real migraine to hit. When it did, I popped this thing on me head and it was FANTASTIC. It has different fabric on either side, one soft and one more nylon/polyester. The soft side makes the cold temperature feel like a deeper cold? I don't know how to describe it. It's not surface cold, but it chills your head deeply. Like your face won't feel like it's touching something icy but you get the deep pain relief chill. The nylon side (also soft, but also smooth) is more surface cold as well.I have a bigger melon, and it fits well. It's a little tight, but in a helpful compression-like way. There's a drawstring opening at the top that I tie my hair into a top knot and pull through, as I find that makes the whole set up for better and feel better.Product itself is well made and had no discernable odor. It came in a little zip top bag and I recommend using this in the freezer to avoid it picking up that freezer smell.I highly recommend this. I can't imagine how the more expensive versions of this product can be much better. I will say the only critique I have of this icy wrap is that it doesn't stay cold as long as I'd like. It does re-chill pretty quickly though. I also haven't heated it (another feature, you can microwave it for heat therapy), so I can't speak to that.

It came fast and it was packed well. I get horrible headaches and this feels so good. It last about 45 minutes out of the fridge. Easy to slip on. I like the compression fit without it being too tight. The material is smooth and silky. You can use it warmed up but so far I've only used it cold. It has no smell and is medium weight. It also has a heavy weight plastic ziplock to keep it in.

Yes this is fantastic. It fits perfect. And why did I wait so long to buy one. I never want to take it off. Love it! Love it. Love it. Love it.

Plastic Clip to adjust is Melting & will BURN you getting it out of microwave. We had it just over 30 days & only used for Cold. Daughter had wisdom teeth removed & needed heat therapy for pain. Followed instructions heating for 30 second interval & the push button to tighten the straps started MELTING.Works great for cold therapy on migraines!!
