can we get compost tea?

When you add water, put a bin underneath and you will get compost tea.

at what point do I stop putting waste in and stop so it fully composts? There seems to be a lack of info about the transition?

I made 2 batches so far. The 1st I filled 3/4 full and let it sit. Over time the pile lessened to about 1/2 as it composted. I filled the 2nd chamber full and am waiting for it to do its work...after 2 weeks it’s still pretty full, although it has decreased, and continues to compost.

Do the gloves contain latex in the palm grip surface?

Label says "nitrile coated, polyester based." I see no reference to latex and no latex is visible. The gloves are nothing special so I would personally not make a decision on whether to buy the composter with any consideration for the gloves.
