Was a gift for a friend who has two 3-4 pound dogs and lives in an open farming area. predators abound in the skies.

We got this playpen to connect to our dog crate so that our new puppy could pee and play in it before we introduce him to the rest of the house. It's been wonderful; our dog can move from the crate to the playpen area and pee on the pee pad, so we don't have to wake him up to pee in the middle of the night. I recommend this, but the issue with the setup is that the crate is wider than one section of the playpen, so to have it fit nicely, we put the crate over the bottom mat. What's happened is that the bottom mat has gotten scratched up and damaged. This wouldn't be a problem if you don't have a metal crate on top. Additionally, if you do plan to have your dog pee in the playpen, it is a little bit hard to walk in and out since there isn't a simple latch. We'be been using a carabiner, but it is a bit tedious.

Bought one to corral a new puppy and realized when he went outside he liked to dig up raised beds so before planting season started we bought some more and the fencing goes all around it, looks nice and we think will do the job

Good bag, however I wish the pad would be functional for all shapes.
