Q: Will this help with a mom pouch ?

Absolutely. Just get 1 size down from ur regular size. It's a great fit. I have 5. 1 for each day. I have all of them in black.

Q: Will this stay up without using the straps? Does it roll down at all?

Honestly I’ve never used mine without the straps. It has glue around the inside for keeping it up. Although it’s a very good product but I also have a high waisted body shaper from the same company and it doesn’t roll down so I imagine this will be the same. I hope this answer helps

Q: Does this control panties work well?

I have a hard time finding shape wear that focuses on flattening the lower half of my stomach (the fuppa). This control pantie sucks it all in from every angle and makes everything look more smooth and flattering.

It is unnoticeable if you have the correct size
