excellent unit once installed. heat and cold functions work very good for a large bedroom. it could be helpful if the pipes are a little longer as you will need to buy extra extensions.

Faulty unit with missing parts.
Arrived with missing parts. No installation kit included and battery cover missing from remote. Item became faulty after minimal use. No refund. Slow contact from seller.

Extent bit off kit heats and cool really well and is quite in side and out compared to my old ac will be getting one to replace my ac up stairs and delivered really quick

Refund policy
I had to return the AC and paid for transport £22. For the refund which I am still waiting, I was informed that it is the company policy is to deduct their transport cost £30The AC looked nice

It heats well
The air conditioner is not the same as in the picture, but it heats very well and my room got warm immediately.

Not a DIY project
Need to be installed by an fgas registered tradesman. These contain dangerous flammable gas and should not be attempted to be installed diy

Useless instructions, useless remote control
Controlling this is ridiculous. No matter what option you set it just reads 25 on the unit display. Auto mode is pointless as it doesn't change the temperature regardless of how hot or cold it gets in the room. Instructions are extremely vague and you have to figure it out for yourself. Spend a few ££'s extra and go for a known brand name, not this Chinese garbage.
