I needed a jump starter for a car that had been stood for several months. The battery is less than a year old, but was deeply discharged and wouldn’t even power the central locking. I was able to have this item delivered very quickly and managed to get the car started without a problem. After moving the car a short distance and parking on my driveway, I then had to leave it for a few weeks and again the battery was not able to power any of the electronics in the car. I tried using a smart charger to recharge and repair the battery, but it wouldn’t start the charging process because it was so deeply discharged. So I used the jump starter again with success and after allowing the battery to charge a bit via the alternator the smart charger was able to perform its job.I was then having similar issues getting the charger to charge a second hand leisure battery I had bought. Given how well it had worked on the discharged car battery I used the jump starter on the leisure battery which then enabled the smart charger to begin the charging cycle, so hopefully it has helped to resurrect 2 batteries!I charged the power bank for the jump starter when it arrived, but have not had to charge it again yet despite using it as described, so it seems to have really good charge capacity which it holds well over more than a month between uses. The jump starter appears to be sturdily built and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the item. Overall I am extremely impressed with the functionality of the jump starter and I think it represents excellent value for money.

Why did you choose this product over others?:I needed a budget friendly, capable and powerful battery charger & this is it...Sadly it doesn't work on Lithium batteries. Charging capability:Splendid. 4 old depleted batteries back to full vigour in a few hours.Functionality:No lithium (manual and training also leaves a lot to be desired) but super impressed.Sturdiness:Very decent build quality, wouldn't drop kick it into the boot, but who would?Value for money:Good. It really deals with old batteries super well.Ease of use:I don't really know IF I am using it correctly, the guide/manual is not clear...BUT All batteries back to 100% in mere hours, so something is doing something right.Weight:No issue with weight, very lightweight (esp. compared to my old charger which i have since binned)

Small, neat, easy to charge, easy to store in the car, and works really well. Only complaint is the leads are a bit short. But great value for money.

It’s a great compact gadget which does the job and you can use it to charge your phone and other devices plus it has a torch. Win win in my book! I will be recommending it to all
