Absolutely beautiful. Light weight material long enough for all heights.

Now that I'm on the faculty of a university, I'm required to wear academic regalia for a lot events. When I graduated from grad school, my alma mater only rented hoods. I was happy to find a source that constructed hoods that match the way the colors were laid out for my school. It takes a little bit of time to receive, but it is worth the wait.

The hood is made of strong material and good quality satin. I ordered the red and white with light blue velvet. However, I will need to return it because the red is not the correct color of my university. It is more of a slight orange-red than a true red.
