Excellent quality, easy to set up with two poles to snap in place, easy to break down in like 5 seconds, easy to setup in 5 seconds, easy to carry with no awkwardness, front flap velcros up or zips…my dog goes in or out, the quality of the material and design are excellent. The bed padding it came with is more of a topper. I wanted a quality firm orthopedic type mattress and had a hard time finding a quality match. I used the topper as my template and settled for something a little shorter. I can stuff a towel, blanket ir toys in the gap. I bought this so when I travel and stay with friends he has a safe place to go. He is crate trained and so after a couple nights he knew the routine and that it was his space. I brought his blankets and toys so it was like home. Love this product!! Easy to clean too.

Great to use for small pets on daily outings. I bought small size for new pup. Works well for car rides and visits. Would buy again if needed. Check for correct size for your pet.

4 star because I haven’t washed the pad yet. I don’t want to give the star if I don’t know. I’ll update if I remember. Very easy to pop up and take down. I have trouble with my hands so this is an important and valuable factor for me. I got the smaller one first and I’m sure she would have been fine in it but I sized up (she’s 42-45 lbs it says 50-70). I like the navy color. It’s pretty. It’s easily to move/carry when it’s folded and easy to put in my crowded closet. The size is perfect for my lab mix. It’s easy to see when it’s stored as well. I’m glad I got the crate for a trip and for general use as needed. I have two pets and they’re both crated at the moment. Good to have. I will probably get a smaller one for my cat as well.I saw reviews of chewed siding and thought my lab might do the same but she hasn’t (so far) and that’s perfect because she is a strong chewer.

I've got a very high energy 1 year oldBoykin Spaniel (40lbs) and we both love this crate ! I love that it has multiple entry points, is super light weight, and comes with storage pouches for his leashes, collars, and different snacks. I went up a size so he'd have more room to sleep on his back and move around, but we could have sized down and it would have been just fine.We haven't had any issues with the zippers yet, but I've also been careful not to zip him up in there while he's rowdy and he hasn't tried to escape. He loves his bed🥹

Would NOT recommend.“Free returns” does not apply to everything, it was going to cost me 55 dollars to return this product.They offered me 10% of the original price to just keep the product. Couldn’t do it, the product is cheap material and doesn’t fold up as small as I thought it would (my mistake for not actually measuring instead of going off of their misleading pictures)0/10 would recommend, their customer service was literally 0 help, I had to go through Amazon to get a full refund. Went back and fourth for about a month so I just had this huge ugly bed sitting in my garage the whole time.Would recommend the Pawtners folding pet crate, folds up much smaller and way better material for a few dollars more.

This is a good size soft carrier. Correction: It’s big, but I knew that because I took a ruler and used it to approximate the space it would take up before buying it so I wouldn’t be one of those folks criticizing it for not being the size I wanted.My dog Theo has not bonded with it. Actually, he won’t go in it despite the generous top and front openings being wide open. He’s suspicious (justifiably, it turns out), that if he goes in enough times, I might zip it closed and he’ll have to claw his 5 lb body out of confinement.Like a free range chicken, Theo needs space. There is plenty in this carrier, but the soft sides to thrash himself against hold no appeal. The more than adequate ventilation cannot conceal his desperate cries for freedom.So we wait.
