Spicy, dark, weirdly romantic, and written well! Kylie Kent wrote us another killer novel!Dominic has a reallh dark and twisted mind. He has a hard time doing anything 'normal'. As soon as he spots Lucy, he becomes obsessed. Think somewhere between the show 'You' and the story of Ted Bundy... He has thoughts of killing her or even just kidnapping her, but works to restrain himself from his dark thoughts. He stalks her and she feels like she's paranoid until she puts a face to her stalker. Her boring life is finally more interesting and she has conflicting emotions over it all. Kylie Kent brings us a dark and twisted book but all of her books that I've read, end in a happily ever after! So the cliff hanger on this has me itching for the new book, but without the stress of worrying if everyone's going to die at the end or something. I'm so excited to read the next one when it's released!!!

Dominic is definitely a little cray cray but Lucy likes it anyway. The chemistry between these two is electrifying. Keeps you on your toes and wanting to read more. Ends on a cliffhanger and jumping into book 2 now.

Damn! What an exciting cliff hanger, I cannot wait to dive right into the second book. I’m in love with Dom entire family and Lucy. All the characters have so much depth and hints of the backgrounds characters stories seem so interesting. 🤔 I need side books of all these people.Both characters points of view and lots of hot and heavy passion between Lucy and Dom! 🌶️Plus he’s a serial killer who means touch her and die.

This book was dark in all the right ways .Dom and Lucy were made for each other . Lucy discovers herself with Dom and vice versa ! Spice is amazing too

I wanted to 5 star love this book so, so bad. I really did. In Following His Rules by Kylie Kent, I enjoyed reading about Dom (such a sexy name!) and Lucy about as much as the main characters they supported. I felt their chemistry even as side characters and I wanted their story. I wanted their story because it felt epic. And this story was good…but sadly did not reach a level of epicness. Don’t get me wrong, it was okay. I enjoyed reading it. But overall it just fell a little flat for me. And the cliff hanger ending just felt off the wall and out of nowhere. The spice 🔥 between Dom and Lucy is what kept me reading until the end. Mmmm. Dom did not disappoint in that’s department one bit.

Wow!!!! That was a ride.... I just can't get enough fo Dominic, I just think I met my new book boyfriend.... I feel like this book had it all.... Sexy stalker, control issues.... The scene in the bar when he text her for the first time.... Damn, that was hot.... If there are more books like him, I'm in.... I also liked Lucy she had fire to her.... When she told him that she went to the dealer to order him a new car because she was gonna smash his car, I was for her.... I can't wait to read more from this author....

Dominic and Lucy's story had me on the edge of my seat. I knew there story was going to be dark, but I was okay with that since his Uncle Josh's story was dark, but good. I was also looking forward for Lucy's story after reading her brother, Xavier and her BFF, Shardonnay's story.This is definitely only the first part of their story, so I can't wait to start the second part. I have to say his dad, Dean McKinley, is the one who made me cry. I just can't imagine everything going through his head. He loves his son no matter what, but his own visual discoveries are so much more than what he imagined. He has had experience with his brother, Josh though...but Dominic has his Uncle's gene and he makes Josh look somewhat mild in comparison. Again, Dean made me cry.

There may come a day when I don't freaking love Kylie Kent's obsessive unhinged men... when I don't rate every single one of her books 5 stars... today is not that day.Dom is a chip off the old crazy McKinley block... so much like his uncle Josh. I love it so much.
