HMR (Healthy Meal Resources) entrees are great in so many ways! First, they taste really good. I haven't had an entree yet that I haven't really liked. They are low calorie, low fat, low sodium, low carbs and are perfectly portioned so you're not overeating. I find these meals very satisfying. These meals should be perfect for people who are diabetic and would like to try shedding a few pounds. They are shelf stable and need NO refrigeration and they heat up in the Microwave in only 1 minute! Honestly, the HMR meal replacements have been the absolute best that I have come across. They couldn't be more perfect in my opinion.

When I tried this Turkey Chili I was amazed by the taste and decided this was easier to fix than a canned chili and it is way better. With a little sour cream and some tortilla chips this is really a feast of flavors. This heats up in the microwave in 1-1 1/2 minutes and makes a great lunch or dinner. These do not need to be refrigerated or frozen so they don't take up valuable space. I found room for them in one of my kitchen cupboards. Since they say people who eat beans live longer...I'm eating more beans. If you have issues with beans just get some Beano tablets. I am not a doctor, nor is this medical advice.~The Rebecca Review

Nothing about this was even a one star. Absolutely disgusting.. The packaging was horrible, opening the peel a corner part failed and left a film under it that I punctured with a pen. The smell was terrible and the first bite was unpalatable. When I tried to return the others that came with the bundle, that’s not an option . Do not buy this . Amazon does not support their policy either of no hassle return —- run. I would have had more pleasure giving my $ 45 that I paid to a total stranger

Taste good but 6 , 8 once dinners for $39.99 ?? I don't think I'll be buying those again.

I am very happy with my food from HMR. I’ve had almost all the pastas with & without meat. All very good. The only one I didn’t like was the Risotto and that’s because I don’t like rice. Calorie and gram counts are what I like. Portion size is perfect for my special diet. Price is great too.
