I really love this product. It stays firm when you lay on it and you can feel instantly your neck feeling better. I often carry my stress in my neck and have twitches. Even after just a couple of uses I found my neck feeling better and the twitches reducing. Very comfortable to use. Really cheap for what it does.

Bends not strong enough

A bit uncomfortable at first but you soon get used to it and can feel the stretch. Only used it a couple of days so far but seems to be working

I gave this away, as I found it extremely uncomfortable on my neck and head. Very hard . May suit others, but not for me
