Good Hand Strengthening Set
Bought this as I’ve had tendon issues/injuries and loss of muscle & movement. Bought this and especially the ring and the finger strengthener, it is helping in some way. Glad I bought these. Would recommend for any finger strengthening!

I suffer with Carpal Tunnel and my partner is having issues with a compressed Radial Nerve and needs to exercise his fingers.This is simple and effective. Good resistance and it comes with a little pouch that is nice and handy to keep them tidy,

Good for us with sensory issues !
I’m giving these a 5 star just for the fact that they’re are amazing for us people that love the sensory feeling of squeezing things. I haven’t got this with any other thing apart from these rings. I used to squeeze a certain type of duvet when little as a soothing thing , and unfortunately I do this with tissue when highly stressed which unfortunately it’s not only embarrassing, it also get tissue all over the house . These rings really help with sensory input
