I have carried countless plaster and plywood panels over the last 25 years, I wish I had one of these back then.The handle sits comfortably away from the panel so your hand isn’t squished; the lifting point is higher off the ground and therefore no need to bend down and you don’t have to twist your wrist to grasp the panel [handle] and therefore very comfortable!If you have to carry plaster board, plywood or cement sheet - get one of these.I am going to put my name on this and mark it with distinctive paint so work mates won’t feel they should put my panel carry in their tool box! [Yup, I know I am all excited , but this is a real dream to use - simple idea and very effective. I am rarely this excited!]

I am.a single woman and carrying 4'x8' panels is awkward and heavy. I pretty much always nick a corner trying to manipulate the panels through doorways into my basement.Enter: this.Makes carrying easy, boards stay upright and predictable, and the mechanical advantage makes the panels feel lighter to carry. A game changer.

I agree with lots of others, it is a Must Have!Unless you are an Orangutan your arms are not long enough to carry 4x8 sheets of material, do yourself a favor and get one, or two. I just ordered a second one to use when two people are lugging some heavy sheets it will be real easy with the added horsepower of a helper as we have to lug up steps and a steep slope. One can do it by himself with the Carry Handle but with a helper and a second handle it will be a walk in the park.It is plastic but seems sturdy enough to last if you don't abuse it or run the truck over it. I like the idea another poster did adding sandpaper to create a non-slip grip on the panel as on an incline or stairs the sheets do tend to want to slip and that is a bit dangerous trying to capture an errant panel and not fall down the stairs yourself.The slipping problem is the reason for the four stars, otherwise it is great, get a couple.

Very effective, sturdy, as good as the older ones I have. Only complaint is that price seems a little high for a simple piece of plastic, and they don't offer it in packs of 2 to better absorb the shipping cost. Think of it as a tool that will last a long time.

Definitely helps carrying 4x8's by yourself.

Works fantastic. Not only is it easier to carry panels, plywood and drywall but there is better visibility and maneuverability because you can look over the material you are carrying. Simple but genius.
