these are great for opening up parts of your body and stretching your back.They are of decent quality.

I was a little hesitant about this yoga stick when I ordered it. I wasn’t quite sure how well it would work out but it turns out that this is a surprisingly strong and stout staff even despite the screw joint in the middle to break it down at the 2/2. Which I was late to see uses an extra thick strong bolt to complete the connection strongly and securely. The wood is a high-quality and excellently finished. Absolutely great for use with yoga or other exercises.

At 5'11", this does not work for me. A single section of the stick is nowhere near long enough to span across my back and through the crook of my elbows. Likewise, a single section of the stick is not long enough to stretch from my head to my lower back.The threads are cut directly into the wood, making that a structural weakness that won't withstand much pressure. I would not recommend this product. Instead, I would get a single piece of large dowel or foam wrapped PVC pipe filled with sand.

This is a great two piece pole for back stretching exercises. The wood is dense and strong, has a good weight to it, doesn't feel flimsy in the slightest. It's 100% wood, even the part that screws together but it does smoothly enough. It also is a great weapon as I grabbed it when I thought I heard something upstairs and it made me feel better lol

I really like these sticks. They can be screwed together or used separately. They align my spine and feel great when used perpendicular to each other and parallel to the spine. They have a good weight and feel well made. Very smooth. They feel very good when targeting specific areas. I definitely recommend them. they are now one of my essential back tools.

I'm in love with this thing. I haven't had my back crackle and pop like this in years. I love to roll it down my back after work. The combination of the pressure and the positioning of my shoulders gives a really satisfying stretch and light pop. I can't wait to see my flexibility and posture keep improving as I use this in my practice.

I actually needed one of these for my teaching. It is beautifully crafted of wood and engraved with company logo. Each piece is 24" and screws together to create an alignment stick that is 48" in total. This is a great tool for allignment as it allows students to observe their posture and make subtle changes with awareness. It light weight and portable and small enough to store easily.
