only worked he first time
I had bought these for my grandchildren when they visit us at the lake this past summer. Getting them charged and synced went fine. They were fun for the kids who are under 8. We dried them and put them away. When the children came back the next month , they would not work properly despite several attempts. One would not work at all and the other just sputtered around. Unfortunately, the month in which to return passed so I am stuck with them. A waste of money.

Big and fast and fun
It’s in its perfect to run races with friends and family members . Easy to charge and easy to turn it over . The colors are fabulous will have much fun with them . Battery life is good enough and the speed is not slow . The turning and controller machinism couldn’t be any easier . The built in machinism is good quality .

5 minutes of fun ! Then it dies !
With both batteries fully charged...One boat ran for a few minutes, then sat dead in the pool.Second boat sank when we tried 'reverse'. The controller is too awkward 'pushing the trigger'.After blow-dry, it ran for a few more minutes then failed to respond to steering.Tried the second controller and found it was DOA, completely dead. One boat is dead, the other sinks. One controller is dead, the other has two speeds FAST & SINK !

Nice for the pool
These RC boats are pretty fun. I'd recommend for you to use it either in a pool or lake that doesn't have large waves. It would be a great set up for young kids or someone learning. It is perfect for child and parent to play together

Wonderful
The media could not be loaded. The boat was great! My son loves it very much. It is easy to control. We played almost 15 min, and the battery was still work. The boat was durable and no water inside. Overall, it is good to buy it.

Junk ! Beware
Worked 10 minutes, filled itself full of water and ruined circuit. The protective gasket that keeps water out of the circuits is too small (short) and water poured into the hull. The other boat (sold as a pair) had a proper gasket and works just fine. Beware, check the gasket first and if it does not go around all the way, return the boat as defective.! I immediately blew it out and dried it out for 24 hours before re inserting the charged battery, powered up the boat, it thinks it's in the water and activates the power on circuit even though it is completely dry inside and out. Then it wont connect to the remote either. This one is toast in 10 minutes; 8 year old grandson is now crying his eyes out !

Low Reliability Product
I had bought these for my grandchildren when they visit us at the lake during the summer. Getting them charged and synced went fine. They were fun for the kids who are under 10. they had a lot of fun with them the first two day visit. We dried them and put them away. When the children came back the next month , they would not work properly despite several attempts. One would not work at all and the other just sputtered around for about 10 minutes, but eventually kicked in again. I believe the electric motor components are susceptible to moisture and rust up no matter how well you dry the boats off. One motor prop could not even be moved by hand. DEFINITELY not worth it for the money spent, about $20 per boat. Too bad as they go about the right speed and are very maneuverable for kid control.
