Fantastic tweezers
Despite my best efforts, I get ingrown hairs fairly often from tending to my lady land. I have tried about a dozen tweezers over the years in an attempt to find the perfect ones to get rid of the ingrown hairs. The tweezers I’ve tried have ranged from cheap drugstore ones to pricey big name brands. While they worked fine for ingrown hairs just below the surface, none were great at getting at and holding onto deeply ingrown hairs or very short ingrown hairs. Because I clearly have issues with not obsessing over little things, I’d end up making the situation 100x worse trying to dig out these types of hairs. After doing this more times than I care to admit, I decided to try something different than more of the same normal tweezers I’d been using.I stumbled upon these and like the different design. After reading the reviews here but doubting they alone could get deep ingrown hairs, I decided to get pointed tweezers (see below for what I got) and these ones. This turned out to be a great combo.First, I use the pointed tweezers to get at the ingrown hair and try to pluck it. Sometimes these pointed tweezers get the job done themselves. But if the hair is super short or really rooted in, their pointed shape doesn’t let them get a good enough grip on the hair to pluck it out.If the pointed tweezer alone can’t get the hair out, I use the pointed one to surface as much of the ingrown hair as possible and then switch to these ones to pull it out. These tweezers are able to hold on to much shorter and deeper ingrown hairs than any other tweezer I’ve ever used. Their grip on the hair is so much stronger. All this being said, they aren’t perfect. There still have still hairs they haven’t been able to pluck. Generally these are SUPER deep and SUPER short ingrown hairs. But they still are leagues better than other tweezers I’ve used, including the brand name one that cost twice as much. I’m super happy with them.Pointed tweezers I got: MILLY brand Pointed Tweezers - https://www.amazon.com/Stainless-Perfectly-Hand-Filed-Precision-Splinters/dp/B07KJL5CVG

They work
These worked on those stubborn chin hairs. You ladies of a certain age will know them...short above skin and very long roots below skin making them easy to break off and hard to cleanly pluck. These worked! So, I ordered #3 more pair. One for my daughter, one for my purse, and one for my travel bag in addition to the pair for my vanity. I like the unusual shape. I have a similarly-shaped pair that's probably 40+ years old and I believe they just grab better. I've spent a small fortune in search of a decent tweezer and these are pretty good. If you've tried the tweezerman tweezers (why do those have such great reviews??) and found them too lightweight and flimsy, then give these a try.

You have to hold it correctly or else you’ll miss the hair
Well, it’s a very strong tweezer. It misses very fine hairs, and you have to be very careful in adjusting it. I think the next time I’ll buy more for some type or slant type. This was not easy to deal with. I’ll use it for other things.

Love them
I get so frustrated with all my tweezers, they just can’t pick tiny single hairs (around my nose), but these suckers get them easily. Very precise and they have a good size surface as well. I didn’t realize these had such a wide pinch area, so I was a bit disappointed cause I was thinking it was a different shape, but I like it the way it is. Because of the way both sides match up and the design, you don’t need to press extra hard or anything to get the hair you’re wanting- like I have to do with some of my others. I guess I’m just realizing how bad all the other tweezers I have are. lol

Love and hate them
I have bought 5 pairs of these tweezers. They are AMAZING and work very well for about the first 2 weeks, then lose grip and drive me crazy! I keep buying them because they are the ONLY ones I can find of this exact design. The metal is high quality but there is some sort of design flaw that makes them wear out too quickly. I take very good care of them, clean them and place them back in the pouch after every use. I hope they can improve on these.

Better than tweezers
These are better than slanted tweezers as they really hold the hair not matter how course or fine. There is no nicking or deep slicing as they aren't very sharp to cut but sharp enough to grab firmly on the hair.

Best ever
Sharp and works wonders on thick course hair. My fifth pair I've bought and I'm finally done searching. Completely grips the entire shift. Removes the entire follicle.
