Talk about energy overload! So good. I really like this product but have now added different supplements to my intake but I did like it when I tried it. This also def helps with your libido as well, it's true!

Good vitamin

The energy boost i get from this the same amount from when I used to drink energy drinks. Now I just drink my protein shakes eat my meal and take these twice daily. Also as for my periods, they're irregular, however I did realize that weeks after taking them, I started to have a normal cycle. If you're not fond of gaining weight, be careful because you'd probably be prone to gaining. Other than that, they're just what I needed. 🙂

First, I took this because I was ttc. After taking this for two weeks I was pregnant after trying for a whole year. Then I miscarried, after that I continued to take it to try and conceive again. So far it’s been almost 10 months since my miscarriage and nothing. We decided to take a month break and I didn’t take any maca for that period. After I stopped taking maca I did realize it increased my period cramps incredibly, it also made me nauseous through out the day. The pill works however, it is not FDA approved so I would see how your body reacts to it. It did make me more into my man but it also gave me serious mood swings!

I have been taking this supplement for probably 6 years now. I have had no side effects at all. I can tell a difference when I am out for a few weeks. This product helps with energy, period symptoms, sex life, pretty much everything it says it will do is true. I feel like I can give a pretty good review having taken it for years. Also, I only order this brand since it has been so effective and consistent. I feel like it helps regulate my hormones.
