SKIP & SAVE YOUR MONEY - Didn’t work
The media could not be loaded. I never leave reviews but I had to for this.I’ve been sitting here for a day waiting for this thing to activate. It’s doing nothing.You have to have it plugged in to work. The power button and cord is on the lower part where the water will be.Not only does it NOT work, but now I have to run the risk of getting shocked?Skip.

Convenient. Portable.
Convenience is that it’s portable, can fit in a reusable water bottle next to my bed. Charger is one of the universal ones which is good, and most importantly -‘ it works great for on the go!

Product works; packaging staff and customer service are bad
The spare wick is erroneously cut many inches too short in final packaging stage because the packaging people and subsequent inspectors don’t know that it has to be full length to be effective and their is a hole that the spare wick goes through to fit into the box. Basically - they cut the spare short to fit into the box when they don’t need to cut it short. The short spare wick is useless. I contacted the seller / manufacturer of product and they refused to send a full length spare wick. Humidifier works fine - but packaging processes and customer service process are broken. Only have one wick and no spare.

Can’t use a timer
If you’re planning on using the fogger with an external timer, forget about it. Once the external timer shuts the power off to the fogger, you must restart it by pushing the ON button on the fogger to restart.

Cannot be used. Scammer!
The media could not be loaded. I plugged it into a water bottle submerged it in water, and after charging it for 10 hours, I still couldn't get it to turn on. When I pressed the button it would just flash a few times and nothing else would happen.

ok but not great
I have had the product for about a month and it no longer works. I bought it for one of my plants and when it was working it did a good job of producing a steady mist but disappointed that it’s no longer working after just 5 weeks.

Needed during Winter
I use it in the car when traveling in the winter and then in the hotel room when i get to the destination, i love it because i can just open bottled water and sit it inside

It’s useless
This product is pure crap!!! I gave it one star because I had to for review to go through.
