would like to recommend the dimethicone scar fading gel
My friend told me he used silicone scar gel to reduce his branch like scar. He got it in accident when riding a bike. The cream did help to fade the rough and wrinkle skin on the wound. I find the similar one on amazon and keep applying the gel on my scissor cut scar twice a day for 2 weeks. It works! Maybe my is only a minor scar, almost 2 cm long, healing fast with no infection。

A very good scar removal cream, since applying it the wound has slowly started to disappear, but you need to use it consistently, there is no discomfort when smearing on the scar, I think it can be recommended.before and after pics:
