It is very secure once installed, has a good grip and works well with my workouts. It also comfortable to hold with or without gloves.

This item is not fit for purpose.I had to return it as it was faulty and couldn't be adjusted to suit door width.The lock in fittings are terrible, flimsy quality and I can assure you that it's so poorly manufactured it will not be stable and hold body weight for pull ups. I'd say it's potentially dangerous as I feel it will slip down the door frame. Avoid this product.

A great way to practice a pull up and train at home, good quality and fairly priced.

So this was easy to install but the screws to hold it in place are tiny so I was a bit worried about it taking my weight but it has been in place a week now with no problems (although I do find myself giving it a little twist before I start to use it to make sure there hasn't been any movement.I can see a bit of give when I pull up so was a bit nervous at first but as I say been up a week and all good so far so maybe I'm worrying over nothing.Its grip is comfy and i don think you can ask much more of a pull up bar than it to be stable and comfy to use, so its good

I rlly like it and it certainly does its job at maintaining, but there is defo a weight limit to it, i weigh 75kg and and could pull me up but after 2-3 days it cant maintain my weight and falls off. However it doesnt brake which means the durability its very good, it remains intact i just have to re-aply it evry now and then

My daughter has spent the last two years dangling from it. So it's lasted well. Very easy to fit and remove.Just remember to duck when entering the room ...

This is such good value for money I really cant criticise it. If this was £20 - £30 I would not be so happy but at £10 this is an absolute steal. I went for a pull up bar that screws in as I want something more secure. The bars that are 'temporary' option they end up damaging all the door way. With this option when I am done with it I only need to fill in two little holes where the screws go into the door frame.This pull up bar is apart of my daily routine and would recommend everyone to get a pull up bar! Such a solid purchase

- no assembly instructions, trial and error fitting it properly- no cautions or way to test it can hold weight- if it doesn't hold weight or slips, you will get injured or fall back and band head or injure legs due to not expecting or being braced for the fall- was OK when using it briefly, but gotta give it extra tightening with each fresh use. Also, natural grip rotation LOOSENS the bar. Again, no cautions or use case or advice or instructions- once tightened, the pressure buildup actually unwinds itself and gradually loosens until it fell off the door a few hours later.- maybe you have to take it down and re assemble for each use. Who knows, there's no instructionsI didn't buy for home workouts, but to get a habit of doing a few pull ups every time I walk past.Ultimately, it's rubbishI had to bin it incase father tried it and it collapses leaving him on the floor lol
