mostly as described, tubes closed securely
some colors are a little more neon than they looked in the pictures, but the package arrived quickly and none of the tubes were opened.

it’s just uneven glitter pieces
There is nothing about this that makes it for faces. I so upset about this. It’s just the weird ends and pieces of random scraps of glitter. I think I chose the worst and I needed this for tonight.
