These are nice quality. The bag heats up quickly and the bamboo stays hot. When one cools, you just reach in the bag and grab another one. I like the variety of shapes and sizes. Carry case zips shut and has handles for easy transport. There's even an external pocket for the electric cord.

The sticks are solid, well crafted and heat up nicely. The set is extensive and meets my needs. The price is justified by the quality of the product. It is a considerably large set, has significant weight and works exactly as described.

Heats very nicely.

These don't hold heat long. The bag gets weird with the wood on them and they stick together. The wood gets a bit damp with heat and the bag gets weird which causes them to stick together and leave residue from the sticks on the bag, whatever is coating them, comes off.. Compared to stones, they don't retain heat or equally distribute heat.I like using the sticks in massage so I just got a set of sticks without the warmer and use them all the time.

*Edited* One month after using the warmer has started flickering, not turning on and randomly turning off after only a few minutes or even a few seconds. Since its been a month, no one will help me. Very disapointed.Warm bamboo massage has been revolutionary for my career. This kit is great and easy to use. I use a pillowcase instead of the noisy bag they include. Definitely have to use some barrier or the inside of the warmer bag will melt onto the bamboo. Choose a thinner pillowcase and heat to 150 and the temp is perfect!

I am a LMT and bought these to use in my practice. However, they are not safe in my opinion. I initially set the temperature to 140 degrees. Upon reaching into the bag to grab a stick it was so hot I almost burned myself. The stick was too hot to handle. I am just so thankful I did not burn a client. I turned the temperature down to 120 the next time I used it as a test and the sticks were still very warm to the touch. Be very, very careful when using these sticks. I found that if I completely open the bag and set the temperature to 115 it was useable, but I don't consider this product safe. I will not use them in professional practice as the temperature is not safe, in my opinion.
