I really like the curtain-like brush design—it does a great job of concealing the hole and the cables coming through, giving a much cleaner appearance compared to an open cutout.Installation was very easy and only took a few minutes. I used this to replace some old cable and phone jack wall boxes that hadn’t seen use in years. I’m setting up a projector, and I needed a cleaner way to run HDMI and power cables through the wall without leaving an ugly open hole. I wish they came with a box too, but they are fine plates. Color and finish looks nice and they work well

Works as intended for a pass through for cables from my monitors to the floor, as I’m renovating my office.IMPORTANT NOTE: to the reviews on here that mention, “it doesn’t sit flush” or ”there’s a gap” the inner piece was installed UPSIDE DOWN. There is 1 WAY that the bracket/bristles should sit so the cover will sit flush with the wall/surface. If it looks off or you see a gap like the other reviews mention, take the cover off and flip the bracket/bristles to the other side. 😘🤌🏼

The Wall Plate is a great buy and very easy to install. The construction is sturdy and will last cables rubbing against it. Please take note that the "Thomas & Betts SC100RR Carlon Single Gang Low Voltage Box (LV Box)", that is suggested to go with the wall plate when added to your cart, DOES NOT FIT the wall plate. I trusted the suggestion & didn't check the reviews!! Well, I chose to use my Dremel to grind away plastic to make it fit because I had already installed the LV Box and wanted to not delay my project. These covers fit standard wall boxes perfectly. It is very easy to pass a variety of cable ends through it.

Easy to install and allowed the cables the right amount of movement.
