Shake pump
I thought it was dried out and requested a replacement. However I read the instructions that it needs to be shaken and press the tip up down. The tip will become wet and ready to use. It looks good .

The picture shown is of one box. Please read carefully it's 1 pen for 330/- rupees.I find thus too expensive.
