Great sun screen
Bought this to use as a screen to keep my new boat from being ruined by fisherman who cannot hit the water without snagging my boat. It has worked wonderfully love the price love the grommets in the edging. I was able to put it up on my dock around the boat, I have not had one snag Would definitely recommend for that kind of stuff and as a bonus it also keeps the sun off the boat in the afternoons so that I can sit and enjoy the boat without the blazing sun. Very nice quality. I bought Three.

Weak grommet points
As others have mentioned, the material is very cheap. The grommets are very weak in the middle. The corners where they a reinforced are strong, but not at the surrounding areas. The material is not clearly defined. I mean, come on, who knows what Advanced HDPE is when looking for a shade cloth. Well upon research, it's just plastic. So far it's holding up in the location that I have it, but not supported well due to the separation of the grommets from the material. I expected material that I would see at either Walmart, Home Depot, or Lowes garden centers. This was not the case.

does the job however...
in the garden they are uglier then sin - wish they came either in a solid color or printed as a rainbow or something - the sun blasts down on the concrete drive with a shallow side that is filled with pebbles that I'm trying to cover with vines that are getting beat up by the intense heat and so I saved the plants by hanging two of these in front of them but oh oh oh what and eyesore - have some peach trees that need these since the last hurricane took down an older large tree that shaded them in the afternoon but not anxious to see these black veils placed on the afternoon side of these flowering peach trees. Has anyone bleached them or dyed them?

Works really well
I live in the desert.Color is great.I’m not sure it’ll be water resistant, need to wait for rains.Durable as it stands up to wind gusts of 15 mph.Material is great for shading from the sun at 105°.
