I have bought other “premium” / brand named jaw exercisers that cost about 5x more and the quality compared to these are about the same. The “premium” broke after using them for months. I am unsure how long these will last but the value is great.

For the inexpensive cost, they are good. Smaller than I expected. Not sure if that's good or not.... don't swallow them obviously.I washed them well before using, and they still had bitter residue. It took some time to spit that out as I used them. Otherwise, cheap but what I expected.They seem to wear quickly.... besides the initial "coating" part, the holes suction down to your cheeks as you bite and relax. I can use them fine, but that was an annoying design flaw in my opinion.
