I mix with milk but it settles out quickly so it's hard to get the full dose. Better to mix with something more substantial like a smoothy. Works well to reduce my leg pain and help me feel better.

This is good stuff. Better quality than the other bulk brand. Color isn't as deep green as represented in the advertising, but still well within tolerance and greener than the other brand. Rutin's pigment is kinda funny under artificial light. You have to put it in sunlight to get an accurate appreciation of its character.But yeah, this is good stuff.
