This is worst gainer. After shaking, foam comes out and the taste is so bad that it seems as if I am taking some medicine. My digestive system gets impacted post taking this gainer. I have had many whey proteins, plant based proteins and weight gainers until now. But this one has the Worst taste and texture I've ever experienced. Can't comment on the result yet, just had 3 servings until now. But there are other weight gainers from Nakpro, Big muscles, GNC, Labrada, etc. which are great! If one can afford, go for MassTech from Muscletech.

The chocolate taste is bad. Other than that product is good.but if taste is what you prefer then put more money and get muscle blaze .
