Very good quality syrup. I have bought from this company many time. I didn't like the dark, but it is very good quality. I just don't like the flavor. I like the other flavors they have and have purchased them many times!

This was a nice way to celebrate the memory of our father in law. He loved maple syrup more than anything. We gave every guest a small bottle and it was a pleasant moment in a sad day. The bottle is elegant and everyone said how much they liked the syrup. Elegant and delicious

My review is based on a large bottle of this product -- it's AMAZING. Nothing like the sticky goop you get in the supermarket. My family is from upstate New York, and we have high standards for maple syrup. This unblended stuff is complex and delicious — perfect on French toast and pancakes. My husband wants me to use it for cooking meats, but I think that would be criminal. I will, however, use it for mixing craft cocktails.
