Convenience
First class product, have been using it now for about nine months. For someone stuck in bed who can't get to a shower it's the best solution. Have convinced a few people also in care to try them out. Don't let your mates see you with it on though.

I had understood the shampoos caps were shampoo only, not shampoo and conditioner. They are detailed as shampoo caps and the writing showing "conditioner" is in very small writing which I had not been able to read from the picture of the cap.

Superb if you care for someone whose hair can't be washed in the traditional way
I care for my mum at home and it's not possible to wash her hair in any normal way at home, so she was only getting a decent hair wash at the salon every couple of months. That was fine, but I didn't like over-using dry shampoo, and also she missed the nice feeling of clean hair after a wash and blowdry. This is such a perfect solution. The cap contains the shampoo inside the lining, inside the plastic cap. Pop it in the microwave (I go for never more than 30 seconds in a 900W and then just let it cool slightly), then slip it over the seated person's hair (like a shower cap), tuck their hair in, and give a massage through the cap, making sure to get all parts of the hair coated and massaged. I've not had any problems with contents running into Mum's eyes, and the few drips haven't bothered her, so it's obviously not too irritating to eyes, which is nice. After a few minutes, or if I feel it cooling to what might feel less comfortable, I pop the cap off and into the bin, and after a brief towel-dry, can blow dry.Hair is nice and clean after, and you can use any product on the person you then want. My only mild quibble is I'm not over keen on the scent - it's not bad at all, but I s'pose I'm just used to shampoo and hair products being all fruity or floral. I imagine there isn't any added chemical scents, hence it just being a slightly institutional soap scent. All in all, the best solution if you need to wash hair on someone seated, without fuss. Takes less than 10 minutes, plus whatever you then normally do to style and dry. I use it about once a week on someone who is bed/chair-based so minimal need for more regular hair cleansing, but you could use daily if required, as it's gentle enough.
